Graphics and Design
One of the biggest strength and asset of Kovra definitely comes from the Graphics and Design team. Our Graphics and Design team is composed of highly trained and skilled designers and have an expertise of roughly more than 5 years in the use of cutting-edge design software. Our Designer has experience across a wide range of sports uniforms and we are confident that we can come up with a design that you’ll love. We can work with you to get the distinct design you are looking for.
Production
Kovra is using the most advanced sublimation technology machinery in manufacturing high quality end-product. For dye-sublimation work we use only original and high quality sublimation ink. As for the fabric, top quality microfiber polyester fabric which has the characteristics of being lightweight, durable and somewhat water repellent is being used thus keeping the wearer to stay always cool and dry. At present, our production facilities can produce up to 250 pieces per day and the whole process of sublimation is carried out by employees who previously have been exposed to extensive knowledge and training in the field of sublimation printing.
Tailoring
Kovra main focus is to give the most comfort experience to our customer. Thus we have to thoroughly observe and control every steps of the process in producing the ultimate sports clothing and that includes tailoring. All the clothing are sewn in our tailoring department which comes with the sewing facilities and experienced tailors. Â Durable stitches used allow to hold and maintain the fabric in extreme condition. We believe that those features are what made Kovra exclusive.
